ORDER OF COURT
Prior to or at the time of filing a motion for a decree under Section 3301(c) or Section 3301(d) of the Divorce Code, the moving party shall pay the Clerk of Courts Civil, in addition to any other required costs or fees, an administrative fee for processing the motion in the sum of Twenty five ($25.00) Dollars, which shall be disbursed as the Court shall from time to time direct.
Effective June 1, 1982.
