ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 25th day of March, 1993, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that District Justices shall schedule a criminal pre trial conference and deliver a copy of the attached Notice to defendants charged with retail theft or bad check offenses if there has been a waiver of preliminary hearing or if a prima facie case of the defendant's guilt has been established at the preliminary hearing. The criminal pre trial date shall be written on the formal arraign-ment notice and sent to court.
