IN RE: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 1995-3 -- DISQUALIFICATION OF NIGHT DUTY DISTRICT JUSTICE
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 19th day of April, 1995, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that when a night duty district justice disqualifies himself pursuant to Rule 8 of the Rules Governing Standards of Conduct of District Justices, the other assigned night duty district justice is authorized to preside in the matter in which the district justice disqualified himself.
The disqualification shall be reported to the Minor Judiciary Administrator on the next business day.
