IN RE: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 1995-9 -- PREPARATION OF PAROLE PLANS PRIOR TO RELEASE FROM PRISON
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 12th day of July, 1995, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. Administrative Order 1993 3 is vacated.
2. No parole plan shall be required prior to release of those defendants sentenced for
driving under the influence whose minimum sentences are thirty two (32) days or less. Said defendants shall be released upon completion of the minimum sentence without the necessity of a parole plan approved by the Court.
3. In all other cases, including those wherein the minimum imposed by the Court is "time served", release of the defendant shall not occur until the parole plan has been approved by the Court.
