ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 4th day of August, 1997, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, for implementation of Pa. R.J.A. No. 703, the following shall apply.
A. A matter shall be deemed submitted to a judge for decision when it has been assigned to a judge and the factual record necessary for issuing a decision has been made.
B. A judge shall monitor assignments to insure that the factual record necessary for issuing a decision is made within a reasonable time.
1. Under normal circumstances, the judge shall require that the factual record be made within ninety (90) days of assignment.
