ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 6th day of May, 1998, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that search warrants pursuant to the Humane Society Police Officer Enforcement Act may be issued by any issuing authority within the judicial district where the place to be searched is located. Applications for search warrants filed after business hours may be presented to the district justice assigned to be on duty.
COMMENT: 3 P.S. § 456.6 requires the court to establish a procedure for approval of search warrant applications when the district attorney is unavailable to review such applications.
