AND NOW, this 3rd day of February, 1999, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Forty Dollar ($40.00) fee for CRN evaluation and One Hundred Seventy five Dollar fee for Alcohol Highway Safety Program shall be included as court costs for all first time, non A.R.D. offenders; for all second time, non alternative sentencing program offenders; and for all third and subsequent offenders
This order shall be effective immediately.
