IN RE: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2002-1 -- D.U.I. PROGRAM FEES
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 15th day of February, 2002, DUI fees are amended as follows:
The Clerk of Court is ordered to assess and collect the ARD/DUI fees and disburse them as follows:
Two Hundred and Sixty-six Dollars ($266.50) and Fifty Cents for court costs, Two
Hundred and Twenty-Five ($225.00) Dollars for the Alcohol Highway Safety Program,
Fifty ($50.00) Dollars fro the CRN evaluation, Nine Hundred Fifty-eight Dollars ($958.50)
and Fifty Cents for the superintending fee to be placed in Account No. 110-4005.
Further, the DUI processing fee (formerly known as blood work fee) is increased to Two Hundred Thirty-six
Dollars ($236.60) and Sixty Cents.
The CRN evaluation and Alochol Highway Safety Fees for non-ARD dispositions are increased to Fifty ($50.00)
Dollars and Two Hundred and Twenty-five ($225.00) Dollars respectively.
This Order shall be effective with respect to all DUI offenders arrested on or after February 16, 2002.
This Order replaces Administrative Order #2001-2.
