ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this day of October, 2003, it is hereby Ordered that there shall be a pre-
trial conference as authorized by PA.R.CRIM. P. 570 conducted at the time of arraignment.
Attendance is mandatory for the defendant, the defendant’s trial counsel, and a member of the district
attorney staff authorized to discuss a trial date, a plea agreement and such other matters as may aid
in the disposition of the case. The pre-trial conference shall be conducted even if there has been a
waiver of appearance at arraignment.
This order is effective December 1, 2003.
