AND NOW, this day of December, 2004, it is hereby ordered that money paid by a
juvenile pursuant to disposition of summary charges certified to the Court of Common Pleas by a
District Justice shall be distributed by the Clerk of Court, Criminal Division, in accord with statutory
law.
Comment: The Court opts not to vary from existing statutory
provisions for distribution of said monies.
