AND NOW, this day of October, 2005, the following fee schedule is adopted for work
done by the Children, Youth, and Families Division:
Custody evaluations — $450.00 per party
Custody evaluations update — $200.00 per party
Partial custody evaluations — $200.00 per party
Preliminary work on custody
evaluations when case resolves
before completion — $ 75.00 per party
Testimony by preparer of custody
evaluation — $ 50.00 per hour
Adoption searches — $ 75.00
This order shall become effective January 1, 2006. Administrative Order 1994-16 is vacated
that date.
