AND NOW, this day of November, 2005, it is ordered and decreed that Gwin M.
Krouse, Esquire, and Donald A. Zamborsky, Esquire, are appointed to serve as substitute Mental
Health Review Officers for Northampton County to serve in the event the Mental Health Review
Officer for Northampton County and the previously appointed substitutes are unavailable from
December 22, 2005, to and including January 3, 2006. They shall be paid $100.00 for each hearing
