ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
AND NOW, this day of August, 2006, it is hereby ordered that Brenda Messa,
Adoption Services Supervisor for the Children, Youth & Families Division, Department of Human
Services, County of Northampton, shall be allowed access to Orphans’ Court records for the purpose
of conducting adoption searches for birth parents. Brenda Messa shall have the authority to delegate
this authorization to other employees of the Children, Youth & Families Division, Department of
Human Services.
