OF JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS
AND PHOTOGRAPHY
ORDER
AND NOW, this day of , 2007, it is hereby ordered:
1. The provisions of PA.C.Crim. P. 112 are hereby made applicable to all
judicial proceedings, criminal and otherwise, conducted in the Third
Judicial District.
2. No photography of members of the jury panel or witnesses is permitted in
the Northampton County Courthouse or in the vicinity of the Courthouse.
The sheriff shall confiscate any device, including cell phones, used to do so.
3. No one, other than attorneys and court employees, shall have a cell phone in any
courtroom.
4. The sheriff shall not permit interviews of any prisoners in his custody by any member
of the public, including media representatives.
5. The provisions of this Order do not apply to ceremonial proceedings.
