RULE N1033. FORM OF AMENDMENT. COSTS.
(a) Form. Pleadings amended before trial shall be executed, verified and filed in their amended form, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
(b) Cost of Continuance. If by reason of an amendment a continuance of the trial is granted, the party making the amendment shall pay the record costs of the continuance and the fees of witnesses present for trial.
