RULE N1066. ORDER FOR WRIT OF POSSESSION.
When judgment is entered for the plaintiff in an action to quiet title under Rule 1061(b)(4) of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court shall enter an order directing a writ of possession to issue.
