RULE N250C. COST OF TRANSCRIPTS. DEPOSIT OF FEE FOR TRANSCRIPTS.
Transcripts ordered by a party or required by any general rule to be filed by any party shall be paid for by the party at the rate of One Dollar Ninety Cents ($1.90) per page of original typescript and one (1) copy for appealing party and Ninety Cents ($.90) per page for additional copies. The foregoing rates shall apply to any transcripts ordered after July 15, 1981, regardless of when proceedings were held.
The deposit of a partial transcript fee shall be made directly to the reporter.
