RULE N3102. WRIT OF EXECUTION ON MORTGAGED PREMISES.
In every execution on mortgaged premises except after an action of mortgage foreclosure, the praecipe for the writ shall, in the section reserved for the description of the property, state the date and the volume and page of the mortgage securing the obligation upon which the judgment was entered.
