RULE N3144. COUNSEL FEE FOR GARNISHEE.
The plaintiff at the time of filing interrogatories directed to the garnishee shall deposit with the Prothonotary the sum of Sixty ($60.00) Dollars to be paid to counsel for the garnishee when the answers to the interrogatories are filed.
If answers to the interrogatories are not filed or the deposit is not claimed within sixty (60) days, the Prothonotary shall return the deposit to the plaintiff.
