RULE N2232. NOTICE TO NONJOINING SPOUSE OR PARENT. SERVICE BY PUBLICATION.
The notice shall state the Court term and number of the action, the parties thereto and its nature and that the person to whom it is addressed is required to join therein twenty (20) days after receipt of such notice or his cause of action will be barred and the action will proceed without him. Service upon such parties shall be made pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. 400 et seq.
