RULE N76. DEFINITIONS.
"Prothonotary" shall mean the Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas or the Clerk of the Courts Civil as described in the home rule charter of Northampton County.
"Court Administrator" shall mean the person, together with his assistants, appointed by the Court to facilitate the disposition of court business.
