RULE N107. SUBPOENAS. NOTICE.


(a) A subpoena may not be used to compel a person to appear or to produce documents or things ex parte before an attorney, a party, or a representative of a party.

(b) A party employing a subpoena either to compel a person to appear to testify about matters or to produce documents or things as to which another person has a privilege shall notify the person who has the privilege of the issuance of the subpoena and of said person's right to oppose release of the information at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the court proceeding at which the appearance is compelled. The Court may decrease the advance notice required by this rule for good cause.

(c) Form of Subpoena. A subpoena shall be substantially in the following form:
