RULE N122. MOTIONS FOR CHANGE OF COUNSEL.
(a) If a defendant has filed a motion for change of counsel which has been denied pursuant to Administrative Order 1993 6 Pro Se Petitions by Criminal Defendants, counsel shall determine whether the defendant wants to pursue the motion. If so, counsel shall refile the motion and place the matter on a miscellaneous hearing list.
