RULE N100.101. NORTHAMPTON COUNTY RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE.
(a) The Rules of Criminal Procedure adopted pursuant to the provisions of subsections Rule 100(b)of Rule 100 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure shall be the local rules regulating practice and procedure in the Criminal Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County.
(b) These rules shall be known as the Northampton County Rules of Criminal Procedure and shall be cited as "N.C.R. Crim. P."
