RULE N1910.16 5(e). SUPPORT GUIDELINES. OPERATION.
Where an order for support includes support for spouse and one or more children, the Court shall specify the amount allocable to the spouse and the children unless there is:
(1) a signed written agreement to the contrary, or
(2) one of the parties demonstrates and the Court finds good cause not to make an allocation.
