RULE N1910.21. CIVIL CONTEMPT.
Hearing Officers may schedule and conduct settlement conferences prior to any session of Court scheduled to hear non compliance petitions. No Court appearance shall be required where an agreement is reached and recorded. The signed agreement will be presented to the Court for its adoption as an order. Absent agreement, the petition for contempt shall be heard by the Court. No party scheduled for Non Compliance Court shall be excused except by the Court.
