RULE N10.2.3. CERTIFICATIONS. APPEALS. ORDER TO PLACE
ON HEARING LIST.
Subsequent to the return day, and after the citation and proof of service have been filed with the Clerk, any party in interest may file with the Clerk a written order to place the certification or appeal upon the hearing list.
