RULE N10.2.5. ORDERS AND DECREES.
Orders and decrees of a Hearing Judge entered upon appeals or upon certifications from the Register shall become absolute as of course, unless written exceptions thereto are filed with the Clerk within ten (10) days from the entry thereof.
