RULE N12.1.1. WHEN PETITION REQUIRED.
A petition for a family exemption shall be required only if the claim for the exemption is refused by the personal representa tive or if the exemption is claimed in whole or in part out of property, the value of which can be ascertained only by means of an appraisal.
