RULE N12.9.2. EXHIBITS.
The following exhibits shall be attached to the petition by a personal representative, trustee
or guardian to sell real property at public sale:
(1) a copy of the will, deed or decree by which the fiduciary was appointed, certified correct by counsel;
(2) any consents or joinders of parties in interest, and the names of those parties who do not consent or join, together with a copy of the notice given to them;
(3) list of all liens, and charges, if any, and of all unpaid taxes certified by counsel to be correct; and
(4) the consent of a mortgagee, whose lien would otherwise not be discharged by the sale, that such lien be discharged thereby.
