RULE N14.2.2. SELECTION OF GUARDIAN. NON RESIDENTS.
Except in special circumstances, the Court shall not appoint an individual who is not a resident of Northampton County as the guardian of the estate of an alleged incapacitated person who resides within Northampton County.
