RULE N14.2.3. SECURITY. INDIVIDUAL GUARDIAN.
In lieu of the entry of security, an individual guardian may be authorized to deposit cash of the incapacitated person's estate in insured accounts, up to the amount of such insurance, with state or national banks or buildings and loan associations, or savings and loan associations, the account to be marked "Principal not to be withdrawn except by order of the Court".
