RULE N14.2.9. EXTENSION OF EMERGENCY ORDER.
A petition to extend an emergency order appointing an emergency guardian for no more than twenty (20) days from the expiration of the initial emergency order, pursuant to PEF Code § 5513, shall be presented to either the Motions Judge or the Judge who entered the initial emergency order.
