RULE N15.4.1. CONTENTS OF PETITION. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
In accordance with Section 2313 of the Adoption Act, a petition for involuntary termination of parental rights shall contain (1) a request for the appointment of counsel for the child if the proceeding is being contested by one or both parents; (2) if necessary, a request that the Court appoint a guardian ad litem for a child under eighteen (18) years of age.
