RULE N1.2.6. CORPORATE FIDUCIARIES. APPROVAL. SECURITY.
Only corporations having fiduciary powers and authorized to act as fiduciary in Pennsylvania may act as trustee, guardian, executor, administrator or in any other similar fiduciary capacity. Except when required by statute or for special cause shown, no bond shall be required of such corporate fiduciary.
