RULE N3.1.1. CONFORMITY TO EQUITY PRACTICE. IN GENERAL. EXCEPTIONS.
Exceptions conforming with the Rules of Equity, specifically Pa. R.C.P. 1518, adopted by the Supreme Court, may be filed to any adjudication, order or decree not later than ten (10) days after the date thereof, and in the absence of exceptions filed within said period of time, said adjudication, order or decree shall be final and definitive.
