RULE N6.1.2. CERTIFICATE TO ACCOUNTS.
All accounts shall be certified by an attorney authorized to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, stating that he has examined the items of credit and debit and has found them to reflect correctly the receipts and disbursements of the accountant and believes them to be proper.
