RULE N9.1.1. APPOINTMENT.
(a) Manner. Official examiners to examine and report on assets held by a fiduciary may be appointed by the Court on application of a party in interest or on the Court's own motion.
(b) Scope. In all cases the purpose and limits of the examination shall be defined in the decree of appointment.
